Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with almond boutique. 

To exchange or refund please send your item(s) within 14 days of receipt to:

Almond Boutique, Peachcroft Farm, Twelve Acre Drive, Abingdon, OX14 2HP

Package the unworn and unused item(s) with labels intact accompanied by a receipt/note with order number and send it back to the address above. If labels are removed or the item is returned soiled/worn/in a different condition than sold we cannot accept the item(s) back.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service with proof of postage. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item and postage & packing charges will apply for all exchanges. We take no responsibility for parcels lost in the returns process.

Once your item is received and approved, we will process the refund directly to your original payment type, crediting the original method of payment used for the goods. We do not refund shipping fees.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it. This time limit does not apply to faulty products.
